Our process began by understanding the experience from both sides of the product. On one hand, event hosts want a simple way to collect every memory in a single private space. On the other, guests expect a fast and effortless experience that requires no setup. We designed the entire user journey to eliminate friction, allowing users to join an event instantly via a QR code or direct link, creating an intuitive and engaging experience from the very first interaction.

From a design perspective, we created a clean and modern interface inspired by today's social media platforms while giving the product its own unique identity within the events industry. The feed, gallery, social interactions, and navigation were carefully designed to encourage participation while keeping the experience simple and intuitive. Every screen was built with a mobile first approach, focusing on speed, accessibility, and ease of use.

The web app is fully optimized for mobile, featuring smooth transitions, subtle animations, and thoughtful micro interactions that make the experience feel natural and engaging. Throughout the product, we maintained a consistent visual language and design system, creating a seamless social experience that connects every guest and allows hosts to enjoy every moment, from every perspective, all in one place.
